Tender Description
Bellingen Council (Council) is seeking the development of three Town Centre Master plans. One each for the townships of Urunga, Bellingen and Dorrigo. Based on a comprehensive understanding of local issues, opportunities and constraints, these master plans are to influence the planning and development outcomes of the CBD areas and shape the face of the towns in ways that accurately reflect the communities.
