⁠⁠⁠EOIs are invited for the Staff Housing Construction Project- 38 Osmetti Drive & 14 Fairetha Place.

Tender documentation may be downloaded from the City's e-procurement portal at (see option below) from 12:00 pm WST on 21 October 2023.

EOIs must be received no later than 2:00PM WST on 20 November 2023.

The EOI is part of a two-stage tendering process for the approved designs and construction of one (1) house on 38 Osmetti Drive Somerville and two (2) houses on 14 Fairetha Place Kalgoorlie. in the City.

At the conclusion of the EOI, a shortlist of suitable contractors will be identified and invited to tender for the project construction.

The canvassing of Elected Members or City Officers will result in disqualification
