The Principal is seeking to appoint a panel of suppliers, made up of three separate sub-panels, and one overall panel (which will incorporate the work of all sub-panels).

The sub-panels will be as follows:

• Hard Landscaping Works
• Fencing and Boardwalks Works
• Soft Landscaping Works

Any applicant that achieves the minimum qualitative assessment will be appointed to the relevant sub-panel as listed above. These applicants will be price ranked with a lowest price ranked first for works less than $50,000, exclusive of GST, where only one sub-panel is used. Suppliers will be advised of the initial ranking at award.

Applicants awarded to the overall panel (which will incorporate the work of all sub-panels) will be requested to quote on works between $50,000 and $250,000, exclusive of GST. Quotes will be evaluated, and the Work will be offered for acceptance to the panel member who can undertake the work within the required timeframe, at the best price.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to provide a response to any, or all, of these sub-panels, Applicants are required to:

1. Register for the relevant subordinate part(s), ie. General Landscaping Works - Fencing and Boardwalks Works
2. Complete both the leading part (this Request) and the relevant subordinate part(s):
3. General Landscaping Works - Hard Landscaping Works;
4. General Landscaping Works - Fencing and Boardwalks Works; and/or
5. General Landscaping Works - Soft Landscaping Works; and/or
6. General Landscaping Works - ALL Landscaping Works
7. Submit your response via the leading part.

NOTE: that if applying for multiple sub-panels that these will be assessed individually, likely by different evaluators, therefore all responses under these requests need to be considered appropriate for each of the work types.
