Wet Fire Suppression and Car Park Ventilation Upgrades

JLL is seeking a highly qualified and experienced fire services contractor to supply & install a new fire sprinkler system and complete upgrades to the existing smoke exhaust system at 189 Royal Street, East Perth. HKS Engineering (Mechanical Services Consultant) has been engaged by JLL to prepare a scope of work and the associated design documentation in relation to this projects requirements.
