Scope of Works:
Where required, provision for consultancy and advisory services for assessments, reports, SWMS, procedures for managing hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, silica, silica dust, etc.). Hourly rates if required. Would be managed under unexpected findings protocol.
Project Summary:
The Queensland Government, through Queensland Health Capital Division (HCD) have appointed John Holland Queensland Pty Ltd (John Holland) under a Managing Contract - Design and Construction Management, to perform the design, construction, commissioning, and completion of the Princess Alexandra Hospital Expansion, whereby John Holland will be performing design development activities until approximately mid 2024 before submitting a final offer to HCD to commence the Construction Works.
