As a result of continued festival growth, and a desire to grow the major events calendar in Victor Harbor, the City of Victor Harbor is seeking expressions of interest from experienced individuals, businesses or community organisations to take on the management of the Victor Harbor Rock 'N’ Roll Festival for a two-year period in the first instance.

What will the festival management involve?

Under the arrangement the Festival Manager will be responsible for the logistical planning, organisation, marketing, and execution of the Victor Harbor Rock ‘N’ Roll Festival in conjunction with the Historic Motor Vehicles Club, who manage the vehicle displays for the event.

The successful applicant will be granted approval by Council to take on the management of the event for a two-year period (negotiable), in the first instance. Council will negotiate a sponsorship package with the successful applicant to support the effective delivery of the event.

What are we looking for in an applicant?

Council is open to receiving expressions of interest from either an individual, business and or community organisation. The application will need to provide evidence that the applicant has the capacity and capabilities either via a person or a collective group of people to deliver the services required.
