Tender Description

The Scope of works include:

Demolition and construction as per drawings and schedule.

  • Architectural.
  • Electrical. Removal and refitting of floodlights.
  • Removal and refitting of Wi Fi mast and commission.
  • All rubbish to be disposed of to landfill site at no charge.
  • Supply and Installation of Insulbreak 65.
  • Supply and Installation of new roof sheeting.
  • Supply and Installation of all flashings as required.
  • Supply and Installation of guttering, downpipe run into existing tank.
