ABOUT THE DIOCESE of Maitland-Newcastle: The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. A diocese is simply a community of Christ's faithful - it represents a portion of the people of God in a particular area, which is entrusted to a bishop.

ABOUT THE RFT

The basis for this EOI for the construction of a new administration office space within the existing admin building at St Patrick's Primary School, Swansea. This project incorporates the constructions of office spaces, withdrawal spaces, common area, staff amenities and sick bay. The project includes the refurbishment of existing general learning areas within the administration building.

The project is currently awaiting DA approval. In participating in the RFT process and in submitting an RFT, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this RFT.

Tenders close at 3:00pm AEST on Thursday 2nd of November 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
