Council is seeking gym and group fitness equipment on a lump-sum purchase basis required to furnish and meet the operational needs of the new NSOP gym and two (2) group fitness studios. This contract will include the supply, installation, and commissioning of all equipment.

The Tender also includes a five (5) year maintenance agreement for the supplied equipment, with a one (1) plus one (1) option. If the one (1) plus one (1) option is not available, please advise in the submission.

NSOP has been redeveloped and is effectively a 'greenfield' site, with newly designed spaces and no existing template for equipment capacity and layout.

The Tenderer is required to meet all Deliverables of the Specifications, including but not limited to:

- Equipment Prices

- Design & Quote

- Maintenance Agreement
