Tender Description
Council is seeking offers to enter a Trustee Permit to Occupy for the purpose of grazing on a Reserve for Drainage being Lot 2 on Crown Plan N2349, 44 King Street, NANANGO.
The purpose of the Trustee Permit to Occupy is for grazing with a maximum carrying capacity of 1-2 cattle and 1-3 horses.
There is no guarantee of water availability on the property and no approval will be granted for drilling bores.
In consideration of Council:
(a) inviting the Respondent to submit an Offer for the goods, services and/or works, as applicable, as described in clause 1 and more particularly described in the Scope and Specification; and
(b) agreeing to evaluate each Offer submitted by the Respondent in accordance with this Invitation to Offer, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this Invitation to Offer for each Offer submitted by the Respondent.
