The City of Perth encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses, as well as disability organisations to tender for work with us.

The City of Perth (CoP) Waste and Cleaning unit (WAC) is seeking responses for the supply, installation, and support of a Digital Waste Management System (DWMS).

The DWMS will need to have GPS Monitoring and Route Optimisation Software capability and have the capacity to operate across twenty-one (21) in-vehicle hardware monitoring units. This includes twelve (12) waste collection trucks and nine (9) street cleaning vehicles.

The request for a new DWMS includes web-based Software (Wastetrack and Fleetmax) as well as hardware installed in the City's waste collection and street cleaning fleet.

The DWMS is a tool to assist in the management of waste and street cleaning service schedules. Also, an associated GPS locations data system to provide real time operations optimisation
