On-Site Management for Lake Lenthall Recreation Area

⁠⁠⁠Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for CTWW007 - 23/24 - On-Site Management for Lake Lenthall Recreation Area.

The objectives of the engagement are:

• Achieve and maintain a high standard of on-site management of the Lake Lenthall Recreation Area as a public space seven (7) days per week.
• Achieve and maintain high quality support to the operational and environmental requirements of Lake Lenthall, Lenthalls Dam and Wongi Waterholes seven (7) days per week.

Offers are invited by the Principal in relation to this Invitation to Offer and are to be submitted on the basis that they conform to the following:

1. Conditions of Tender;
2. Offer Evaluation Process;
3. Principal’s Requirements; and
4. Conditions of Contract.

Unless the context otherwise requires or the contrary intention appears, terms defined in the Conditions of Tender have the same meaning when used in the Invitation to Offer.

A briefing session will be held at Lake Lenthall Camping Ground, Lenthalls Dam Road, Duckinwilla 4650 at 31 Oct, 2023 10:00 AM .  Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
