Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from qualified consultants for appointment to a panel for the provision of a range of specialist services. In delivering services and projects, the Council regularly utilises a range of specialist services as specified in table 3.1. The purpose of this EOI is to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of solutions that may be available.

This EOI and following short listing process will enable Council to develop to a specialist panel to assist in the delivery of a range of infrastructure and other associated capital works programmes that will be predominantly utilised by Council's Assets and Services division including Kempsey Road Recovery Project, Waste Management, Water and Wastewater, Fleet, Asset Planning and Design, Infrastructure Services and Capital Works Projects.
