The Attorney-General’s Department (the department) is seeking to engage a supplier to provide professional services to deliver iManage functionality within 2023-24 financial year for the department.

The initial contract will be for a period of 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options. The resulting contract from this procurement will provide for the purchase of any professional services throughout the contract lifecycle, as well as professional services to migrate iManage into the Australian iManage Cloud referred to in CyberCX document iManage IRAP Cloud Security Assessment Report_ForRelease_FINAL_160922_v1.2.

The department is seeking responses to this RFQ from experienced and reliable suppliers who can:

• Assist with maintaining the current on-premises environment.
• Provide a solution for all phases of an iManage Cloud migration.
