Tender - Plant/Equipment Hire Services

⁠⁠⁠Council invites tenders from a panel of preferred supplier(s) for the supply of Plant/Equipment Hire Services during the period of the contract. Suitably qualified organisations are invited to tender to provide the services to Council upon the conditions set forth in the draft contract.

This tender and any resulting contract shall be in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993 (as amended) and Regulations. If any conflict occurs, between the requirements of the Act and those of the tender documents then the former shall prevail.

This request is a non-exclusive supply of goods and services listed in specifications.
