Tender Description
Council is seeking to enter into a lump sum contract with a Contractor who would agree to design & construct Jubilee Park Athletics Centre, 344 Bourke Street Wagga Wagga NSW 2650.
The Contractor would be responsible for the delivery of the Works as outlined in this RFT. Further details on the scope of the works for the Project are provided in Part D – Principal's Project Requirements.
Council has a budget of circa $2.7 million excluding GST to fund the works.
The RFT process contains a mandatory attendance at a pretender briefing to be held on Friday 20 October 2023
