Provision of Drainage Works at Ross Court Denmark WA

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake Drainage Works at Ross Court, Denmark WA.

The Scope of Work comprises of earthworks, drainage, pavement installation, and sealing.

Tender documents may be obtained from the Shire's E-Tendering portal .

To access the documents, you will be required to register through our tendering portal.

Site Briefing

There will be a Tender Briefing/Site Inspection. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory.

Contractors planning to attend should advise the Shire at enquiries@denmark.wa.gov.au

Deadline:

The deadline for tender submissions 2.00 p.m., Friday 27th October 2023

Lodgement:

It is the Shire of Denmark's preferred method that the Tender submission be uploaded electronically through the Shire's E-tendering portal click here However, submissions may alternatively be delivered by hand in accordance with the request document instructions.

The lowest price or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted. A Tender that is not lodged with the Shire before the Tender deadline will not be considered for evaluation.

Canvassing of any Shire of Denmark Councillors or Officers will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender process.
