Tender Description

Adelaide Hills Council (AHC) is undertaking a digital transformation with a focus on automation, integration and becoming a data led organization with the replacement of the existing CRM system a key component of the transformation.

Council’s current Microsoft Dynamics on-premise CRM solution that was implemented in 2012 has effectively reached end of life. AHC is seeking implementation of a new CRM platform application with responsive design, intuitive functionality, and a simple to manage platform that does not require specialist technical knowledge to customize and maintain.

The new CRM system will support informed decision making through dynamic and real-time corporate management dashboards, spatial views, and the ability to leverage off the emerging technologies of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
