Tender Description
The Department for Environment and Water (DEW) is seeking to procure a suitably skilled and experience contractor to deliver a project as part of the Sustaining Riverland Environments program, with the objective to improve outcomes for native fish in the River Murray.
The project will involve positioning Instream Woody Habitat commonly referred to as snags (large trees or rootballs) directly into the main channel of the River Murray and pinning them down with native timber pins into the riverbed to create an artificial habitat.
