Tender Description
Fire has destroyed five (5) houses located in the Amata, Ernabella and Indulkana communities. Rebuild from slab up is required on existing sites.
A suitably qualified and experienced Aboriginal Business Enterprise (ABE) or a company that has formed a consortium with an ABE is required to construct housing in accordance with the design drawings and material schedule that has been specified by the SA Housing Authority (the Authority).
