Tender Description
1. 19330-RFQ-036
• All Works or Services required for external insulation of piping, instrument piping, vessels, tanks, expansion joints, pipe fittings, valves, tanks, and vessels.
• 304 SS Cladding of piping, equipment and valves, vessel heads, and pipe fittings
• Exclusion: Underground piping and HDPE are not insulated and therefore not included in the scope of work of this package.
2. 19330-RFQ-042
• All Work / Services required for external insulation of mechanical equipment and ducting in hot or cold service. Mechanical Equipment to be insulated include Ball Mill Baghouse, Cooler Feed Hood, Acid Roast Kiln, Firing Hood Sliding Door Assembly, Acid Vapour Scrubbing, Leaching, filtration and tails, Purification units.

• Electrical heat tracing
• Personnel protection
• Solar insulation
• Heat conservation
• Cold conservation
4. General List of insulation material for both RFQs
• Thermal insulation for personnel protection
• Thermobreak tube

• Aeroflex, Thermotec 4-Zero or equivalent Elastomeric Closed-Cell foam
