Tender Description

The Subcontractor is responsible for and is obliged to complete all aspects of the project that relate to the Hydraulics Services within the tender/subcontract documents listed in the List of Specifications and Drawings (LSD). These responsibilities and obligations include but are not limited to the provision of the following;

1. Documentation of the DSW including any design of temporary engineering required, clash detection, control philosophy for the works.

2. Interface and co-ordination of the design and of the construction of the DSW with all other aspects of the overall project.

3. Supply and installation of all materials, labour, plant and equipment required to complete the DSW including but not limited to:

2270 Lithium Hydroxide Warehouse

a) Tie into existing pipework at battery limits as identified in the drawing.

b) Piping and valves inclusive of all brackets, bends, flanges, joiners, fixings, etc.

c) Eyewash Stations as per Specification 606541-2000-DE10-SPC-0103

d) 600mm wide Nema 20C cable tray horizontally on pipe supports spaced at 6m centres (including all bends, fixings, joiners, etc. for continuous support of pipe work) refer to Pipe support detail

e) 150mm wide Nema 20C cable tray fixed to wall girts for supporting pipes vertically from horizontal cable tray as per item c above tray to safety showers or hose cocks (including all bends, fixings, joiners, etc. for continuous support of pipe work)

f) Allow for Pressure Testing, flushing, chlorine dosing via commissioning stages as per QA requirements

g) Eyewash Stations as per Specification 606541-2000-DE10-SPC-0103

h) 600mm wide Nema 20C cable tray horizontally on pipe supports spaced at 6m centres (including all bends, fixings, joiners, etc. for continuous support of pipe work) refer to Pipe support detail

i) 150mm wide Nema 20C cable tray fixed to wall girts for supporting pipes vertically from horizontal cable tray as per item c above tray to safety showers or hose cocks (including all bends, fixings, joiners, etc. for continuous support of pipe work)

2240 Sodium Sulphate

k) Tie into existing pipework at battery limits as identified in the drawing.

n) 600mm wide Nema 20C cable tray horizontally on pipe supports spaced at 6m centres

q) Stormwater drainage system to include 1800 dia x 1800 deep break velocity pit, 60m of excavation including the install of stormwater pipe and a 1800 dia x 1800 bubble up pit with grated opening. Works to include all bedding sand as required. Minimum depth of pipe approximately 800mm. Refer to drawing & sketch.

4430 — MRO Warehouse

r)Tie into existing pipework at battery limits as identified in the drawing.

s) Piping and valves inclusive of all brackets, bends, flanges, joiners, fixings, etc.

t) Eyewash Stations as per Specification 606541-2000-DE10-SPC-0103

u) 600mm wide Nema 20C cable tray horizontally on pipe supports spaced at 6m centres (including all bends, fixings, joiners, etc. for continuous support of pipe work) refer to Pipe support detail

v) 150mm wide Nema 20C cable tray fixed to wall girts for supporting pipes vertically from horizontal cable tray as per item c above tray to safety showers or hose cocks (including all bends, fixings, joiners, etc. for continuous support of pipe work)

w) Safety Shower drainage central storage system as per drawings including all sumps, pipework, etc.

x) Sanitary drainage including sewer pump pit and rising main to battery limit as identified on drawing

y) Potable water including supply of all fixtures and fittings as per finishes schedule

z) Fire hydrant ring main including 8 x hydrants with 2 hoses and pouring of concrete for thrust blocks (Concrete free issue by client) Subcontractor to include allowance for Vac truck to connect to existing tie in point.

aa) Below ground fire sprinkler pipework from fire tank to edge of building as per drawings

bb) Below ground fire water top up pipework including connections at both ends.

cc) Subcontractor to include allowance for Vac trucking for connection to battery limits for all services.

dd) Stormwater pit & pipe for concrete hardstand area

ee) Condensate drainage from HVAC unit to Sewer pump pit

ff)Excavation, bedding sand and backfill & compact for all electrical & communications conduits

gg) Allow for Pressure Testing, flushing, chlorine dosing via commissioning stages as per QA requirements

a) Allow to set out all of the work to line, plumb and levels.

b) Allow to complete as-built drawings and submit to Kerman for approval

c) Allow for piping penetrations and made good.

d) Allow for approved insulation thermo break at the point of entry

e) Allow for continuous clean-up of your area of work,

f) Allow for the completion of any punch list items associated with this scope of work,

g) Supply and install of all pipework and equipment labels and markers.

h) Mobilization and Demobilization of all personnel, plant and equipment.

i) Allow for providing suitably adequate resources at all times to meet the agreed target programme which may varies from time to time to complete the whole works

j) Allows for 1 spotter for each EWP in operation.

k )Allows for adequate commissioning works to complete.

l) Protect all adjacent/adjoining surfaces and works to prevent any damages caused to such items, rectification works will be either made good at the Subcontractors cost or repaired by others and charged to the Subcontractor's account.

m) Disposal of any packaging, scraps steel and etc. to designated site bin.

n) Provision of all plant and equipment necessary to complete the works which meets the specification for operating on a construction site. Provision to provide all remobilization documentation for equipment including maintenance logs

o) Supply and installation of piping supports, valves, brackets and the like

p) The subcontractor will tie into the existing fire system and make modifications to the existing circuit with extension of the mains piping and additional hydrants to provide coverage for the new facilities in the WUC

q) All applicable labelling and signage required under the Australian Standard and specified within the tender documentation

r) Allow for continuous clean-up of your area of work

s) Complete all pipe flushing and pressure testing

t) Testing and commissioning the entire installation in accordance with the project specifications

u) Provide redline mark-ups of all installation works

v) Allow to complete all As-Built surveys of hydraulic buried services and provide these drawings to Kerman for the preparation of the MDR

4. Exclusions;

The following items of work are specifically excluded;

a. Fire Water Tanks, Pumps & Sprinkler System

b. Hose Reels for fire water

c. Irrigation piping for landscaping

5. Where quantities have been provided in the tender/contract documents they are for information only. Tenders have been submitted based on the specification, drawings and standard building practice:

6. The subcontractor is deemed to have included in its tender/subcontract price and must ensure that a suitable skilled Site Supervisor or Leading hand is on site at all times monitoring the Scope of Work, Quality and all Safety requirements

7. Provision of faculties and services as set out in the Establishment Responsibility Matrix (ERM)

8. Compliance and participation in the project Occupational Health Safety Environment Heritage and Community requirements as Set out in the contract

9. Employment of Australian indigenous people such that at least 5% of the man-hours expended on the contract is performed by people with an Australian Indigenous background

10. Maximize the opportunity for local services providers and labour

11.Compliance and participation in the project Quality Assurance requirements as set out in the contract

12. Provision of all As Buk Drawings, Inspection and Testing Records (IP's), and Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manuals (IOM's) and Manufacturers Data Reports (MOR)

13. Final payment shall be withheld until all Documentation as defined in Contract Deliverables has been received and approved by Kerman

14. Compliance with project Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management requirements of the project
