Ecosystem Management including Facilities Management and Community Management for The Precinct Innovation Hub in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane

The purpose of this Forward Procurement Notice is to advise prepositive suppliers that the Queensland Government, through the Department of Tourism, Innovation and Sport (Tourism and Innovation) intends to seek proposals for the provision of Ecosystem Management, including Facilities Management and Community Management for The Precinct Innovation Hub in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Queensland.

The intended timeframe for the release of the Invitation to Offer (ITO) is in October 2023.

The ITO will be released to the open market on QTenders.

The Department of Tourism, Innovation and Sport (DTIS) is seeking to establish a contract with an experienced and capable solution provider to deliver:

• Ecosystem Builder - Incubator and Strategic Management
• Community Engagement including Concierge Services
• Facilities and Property Management
