ABOUT THE Request for Quotation:

The City is seeking Quotations from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors interested in the supply & delivery only of timber tables and seats

REGISTRATION:

RFQ documents may be obtained after registration through our tendering portal.

ENQUIRIES:

Enquiries should be directed to Peter Crawford via the online forum.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed costed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box in the format included in the RFQ document Part A & Part B

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. 

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

RFQ closes at 10.00am on Wednesday 18th October 2023

Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the portal cuts off exactly on 10.00am

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
