This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The NHVR currently engages an external partner to provide ICT services across the organisation. The existing scope of services provided includes:

IT services,
Hosted data,
Software, and

Physical data storage on- and off-site, in addition to a cloud-based storage solution.

To understand the future ICT requirements for the NHVR, a Supplier is sought to assist with the identification of service requirements. The scope for this opportunity is to engage with a Supplier who will be able to identify what the specific organisational ICT needs are and draft the specifications for a future service delivery model.

The NHVR intends to approach the ICT supplier market for the ICT service delivery model requirements in early 2024.
