Tender Description

Council is seeking to engage the goods and services of a suitable contractor to remove, relocate, supply and install long-term dwellings, provide car spaces, sheds and privacy screening within the long-term precinct of Suffolk Beachfront Holiday Park.

Suffolk Beachfront Holiday Park located on Alcorn Street in Suffolk Park NSW, caters for a mixture of short-term holiday guests and long-term residents. The park is undergoing some compliance works for the long-term precinct.

The long-term precinct requires the Goods and/or Services of a contractor to undertake the following:

1. Demolition and disposal of 4 dwellings

2. Supply and install 6 new dwellings

3. Relocate 2 dwellings

4. Provide car spaces to 6 new dwelling sites plus 1 existing site

5. Supply and install 7 privacy screens and 7 storage sheds

6. Obtain Section 68 approvals for items 2 and 3 above.
