⁠⁠⁠Blackall Range Independent School invites EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST.

From suitably qualified commercial builders for the proposed construction works at the school site in Kureelpa, QLD.

New 200m2 first-floor GLA with the same size Undercroft area for future extension, extension to existing first-floor administration approx 60m2 with Undercroft. Civil works for the new car park and upgrade of existing. Approximately nine new and six existing. The site has an on-site septic treatment plant and rainwater harvesting facilities.

Tenders will be issued mid-October 2023, with construction commencing early December 2023. Please provide a summary of previous relevant experience, current capacity, value of similar projects, and referees.
