The City of Nedlands is looking for the Contractor to run the annual tree planting program, which includes, but is not limited to:

a. Tree planting.

b. Watering specified trees.

c. Hand/chemical weed control within the tree bowl.

d. Application of fertilizer and soil wetter to specified trees as directed by the Superintendent.

e. Pruning.

f. Tree maintenance (inclusive of removal) of tree stakes, ties, and dead trees.

g. Tree bowl formation and maintenance.

h. Removal of debris from the tree bowl, including, but not limited to, fallen branches, paper, cardboard, bottles, cans, feces, asbestos, carcasses, and rocks.

i. Traffic management.

j. Reporting of vandalism and damage; and

k. Preparation of Completed Service Reports in electronic (Excel) format and sent to the Principal.
