Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the a Pool Grandstand Rectification project at Birkdale State School, located at 74 Agnes Street, Birkdale, QLD 4159, as part of the Targeted Maintenance (TMP) program.
The scope includes repairs to concrete tiered seating, remedial works to steel posts and painting of works. All works are to be completed by January 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licenses to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
