Calling For EOI to Hold Christmas Event in Cootamundra

⁠⁠⁠At the ordinary meeting of Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council (CGRC) held Tuesday 26 September 2023, Councillors resolved to ask Cootamundra Community organisations to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) to manage a Cootamundra Christmas Celebrations event.

The event in the past was conducted by Business Cootamundra, which is now in hiatus leaving the annual shop local Christmas promotion and street party in Parker Street in danger of not being held this year. Councillors resolved to allocate funds for the managements and completion of the event, subject to the review of EOI’s received, with the scope of works to include a Street Party, late night shopping in conjunction with local business and community groups, suitable family entertainment and associated activities.

Interested groups are encouraged to submit an EOI by 5pm, Wednesday, 11 October 2023, addressed to The Interim General Manager, Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council, PO Box 420, Cootamundra NSW 2590, or via email mail@cgrc.nsw.gov.au subject line EOI 2023 Cootamundra Christmas Celebrations.
