Pest Control and Termite Inspection and Treatment Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Pest Control Contractor to carry out annual termite inspections and pest control services throughout the City.

Pest Control services will be required across the Principal’s facilities (approx. 140 buildings) which may include but are not limited to: workshops, depots, offices, halls, libraries, public amenities, refuse stations, parks, sporting facilities, public open spaces (POS) and other assets within the Cities boundaries.

Pest Control requirements include but are not limited to treatments for pests such as spiders, ants, cockroaches, millipedes and termites, removal of dead rodents and spraying or removal of bees and wasps in public areas. Baiting or trapping of rodents, installing and maintaining pest bait stations.

Pest Control contractors must be licensed with the Western Australian Government Department Health.

Businesses must be registered with the Department of Health (DOH) in accordance with the health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011.

The proposed contract shall be in place for a period of three (3) years from the date of award; with Principal instigated options to extend the period for one (1) subsequent year and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.

Failure to comply shall deem your submission non-compliant; and
