Tender Description
Midcoast Council has been successful in securing grant funding from the Federal Government community development program – being able to allocate funds to the renewal of the Cundletown soccer club – specifically by constructing a new clubhouse as per the technical specifications of this tender.
In summary, works include – under a new footprint – creation of new and updated community spaces, such as change rooms and UAT - disable toilets, and canteen area for community groups.
Please refer to building drawings for specific location and layout.
In addition to the new construction and all preparatory works included and necessary, smaller demolitions of minor structures are predicted as per the building drawings depict.
The current main building /existing building is deemed not to be intervened within the scope of this project.
The expected timing for execution is between November 2023 and March 2024.
The Project is located at Cundletown Soccer Club.
