ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.

ABOUT THE TENDER: Ku-ring-gai Council is seeking rates for the Building and Construction works for the building, construction, refurbishment, reconstruction, restoration and repairs of Council buildings eg: Office space, Community buildings, Amenities buildings, Heritage buildings, Open space pavilions and shelters.

The works are to be carried out at various locations, times and quantities in the Ku-ring-gai Council Area for a three (3) year period with a possible extension of two (2) by one (1) year extensions.

The Schedule of Rates will provide a list of preferred contractors for Council to select from to carry out the various Building construction works as required by Council.

The works are to be undertaken in accordance with Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and all other relevant codes and legislation
