About the Project
As part of the Victorian Government's Public Housing Renewal Program, MAB corporation, in conjunction with Homes Victoria and Housing First, is redeveloping social housing estates in North Melbourne, Preston, and Northcote to deliver over 1,160 new homes to the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.The sites will be redeveloped into mixed-use precincts containing public housing, community housing, and private residences.
MAB is developing the projects for Homes Victoria and will engage a number of specialist Head Contractors to deliver the projects. Work Packages will soon be open for Expressions of Interest (EOI) opportunities.
