Tender Description
The Principal is seeking proposals from suitably qualified share hire eScooter providers (Operator) to support the delivery of an e-mobility share scheme service for the community (Customers).
Basis of Contract Award
The Principal may appoint one or more Operators for this eScooter share scheme (ESS). Operators may elect to submit a tender response as a sole operator under an exclusive contract, as a multiple operator under a non-exclusive contract or to be considered for both sole operator or multiple operator status.
Contract Term: 2 Years (plus extension options)

Location: City of Stirling Administration Centre (Reception area) at 25 Cedric St, Stirling WA 6021

The Briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the IFT prior to the Tender Deadline. No pre-registration is required as the signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants, and tradespeople are welcome to attend the Briefing.
All questions must be asked via the 'Contact Request Manager' button at the top right of this page and will be responded to via an addendum to all Tenderers.
Please note: the City of Stirling Administration Centre will be closed for the period 26 to 30 December 2022. Questions will not be responded to during this period. Responses will resume from 3 January 2023
