Port Augusta City Council invites quotes from Respondents for the provision of School Based Immunisation Program.

The Respondent shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specifications contained within the RFQ documentation

Council is obliged under section 38 of the South Australian Public Health Act 2011 to support the provision of an immunisation service. Council does not have the resources to provide the services itself and therefore requires a provider to provide both the administration and clinical functions.

The objective of this service is to immunise clients at the school after obtaining valid consent from parent/guardian or client, to encourage all clients to complete their courses of vaccinations, and to provide follow up service in some form for those who are not able to receive the service at the school.

The respondent shall provide their own methodology as part of the response to this RFQ but it is expected that the tasks to undertake the program are contained with the specifications.
