Requirements

The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) ICT Procurement Section procures a broad range of ICT-related goods and services. This includes ICT contractors/consultants, hardware/software maintenance and support, Cloud platforms and services, and telephony/network equipment and services.

DEWR is seeking the provision of ICT Procurement advice/services from contractors who have extensive experience in services in accordance with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework (primarily the CPRs and the DEWR AAI’s). There is no guarantee of work under this arrangement or minimum commitment on behalf of DEWR.

Please provide in your submission your proposed specified personnel (a maximum of 6 resources comprising a mix of senior ICT procurement professionals and some more junior resources) and provide a short CV for each, including hourly rates GST Inc. for each specified personnel. Please also include some recent relevant examples of services these resources have provided to the Commonwealth, other Government Agencies, or Industry. The Services may also be used by the Department of Education and Portfolio/Client Agencies of both Departments.

Key Responsibilities of the resources are as per below;

• Developing Procurement plans and associated documentation;
• Assisting with requests for quote/expression of interest documentation;
• Facilitation of the approach to market process including managing industry involvement and participation;
• Managing evaluation and negotiation phases for an approach to markets;
• Drafting delegate approval Minutes;
• Finalisation of contracts, including any procurement closure activities;
• Post procurement services including ongoing procurement and contract advice and other contract management advice/support services; and
• Other related procurement services can be provisioned under this Form of Order by mutual of the Parties.

The resources will be required to work onsite when/as required in the Canberra Garema Place Office.
