Tender Description
The ServiceNow license subscription provides Department of Communities (Communities) with the toolset used at the IT and Human Resources (HR) Helpdesks. Its most basic function creates and tracks tickets through to resolution. ServiceNow is deployed at Communities with advance features including automation and workflow to streamline the IT service provision whilst tracking performances of the helpdesk provider. The solution also enables Communities to more effectively manage its IT Hardware and Software assets.
The current deployment was purpose built in 2017. As the current year's license subscription is expiring, Communities needs to purchase renewal licenses to ensure it can continue to use the ServiceNow solution already deployed.
"ServiceNow" is a platform that automates organisational processes. The ServiceNow platform is used to set up systems that define, manage, automate, and structure IT related services for organisations.
Communities requires the Contractor to provide renewal of various subscription based ServiceNow software licenses.
The renewal of the subscription licenses ensures that Communities can continue to use the already deployed ServiceNow. The current deployment of ServiceNow was purpose built in 2017.
ServiceNow has played a vital role in supporting IS Service Delivery at Communities by providing a one-stop place for staff to request for IT services and HR Hub services. The solution also enables Communities to more effectively manage its IT Hardware and Software assets.
