Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced Contractors for the Alderson Park Upgrade works. The work is in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFx.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the pricing schedules herein.

Pretender site briefing/inspection (Mandatory)

All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing/inspection on 28 September 2023 at 10:00 AM.

Should the respondent fail to attend the site inspection and sign the pretender site attendance sheet, its tender will not be considered.
