Tender Description
Council is seeking to undertake the following:
- A condition assessment of the Gladstone, Jamestown and Spalding Swimming pools and Jamestown Hydrotherapy Pool to better understand future asset management requirements and financial investment.
- A report into the feasibility of upgrading the Jamestown Pool to widen the pool (to eight lanes), to ensure appropriate disability access to the facilities and ensure compliance with modern pool facility requirements.
