Tender Description
The Department for Education is seeking event management services for Education Leaders’ Day and Numeracy Summit 2024 events scheduled to be delivered March 2024.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- pre-event planning, preparations, registrations and running of the 2 events.
- building and implementation of the registration portal and app
- management of speaker facilities at the venue and accommodation bookings
- provision of an event management report.
There is the potential to extend these services on an annual basis up to and including 2027, subject to annual review.
