Tender Description
The Town of Cambridge (Town) is issuing this RFQ to identify and select a Respondent to provide construction services as specified in Part Two. For this purpose, the Town invites Offers in accordance with the terms of this RFQ
The Town of Cambridge is issuing this RFQ to identify and select a respondent to provide construction services as specified.
The scope of work includes:
- Obtain Building Permit
- Traffic/pedestrian management plan
- Ground scanning for underground services
- Removal and disposal of existing timber fence
- Stripping and excavation for wall foundations
- Disposal of excess topsoil and vegetation
- Setting out and construction of boundary wall in accordance with the provided drawings and specifications; and,
- Reinstatement of site and leave works in neat and tidy condition.
