Tender Description
(a) The fit out works at AMSA’s new office at Levels 7 and 8, 18 Marcus Clarke Street Canberra which will include construction of a new fit-out of approximately 4800sqm including an executive hub, response centre, meeting rooms, general offices, quiet rooms, media studio, open office space, wellness spaces, utility and support areas, comms rooms, collaboration spaces, and breakout spaces, and
(b) Will include the procurement and installation of those items specified within the documentation, which are not limited to: specified IT equipment; AV equipment, workstations, loose furniture and appliances.
