Tetra Tech International Development Pty Ltd (Tetra Tech International Development) as the managing contractor of the Aus4Skills Program on behalf of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Vietnam, is seeking proposals from service providers to design and deliver an Australia Awards Short Course: Knowledge Exchange – Gender Equality Law for up to 16 Government of Vietnam officials and policy makers to strengthen Vietnam’s capacity to analyse the social and economic impacts of gender inclusive laws and policies, and capability in implementing inclusive policies that contribute to Vietnam’s development priorities and international obligations (the “Activity”).

A detailed description of the Activity is included in Part B, Scope of Services.

To submit a proposal to design and deliver the Activity the lead business must be an Australian non-governmental organisation, Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or Australian tertiary institution as defined in the Higher Education Support Act, 2023 Table A, B and C.

It is intended that a single organisation (either alone or as the lead of a consortium) be contracted to design and deliver the Activity.
