The scope of works includes the demolition and removal of the Iceworks ice factory on Jetty St, Urangan. At completion of works the property will be left in a tidy condition free from rubbish and debris. The ground is to be levelled and holes are to be backfilled and compacted. The eastern fence along the property boundary is to be removed and a 1.8m high wire fence (matching fence on adjacent property) is to be installed along street front as per map attached.

Structures means:

1. Buildings, carports and sheds
2. All concrete slabs and pathways
3. Garden edgings and landscaping
4. Concrete/ timber piles and or foundations
5. Septic tanks, grease traps and grey water tanks (where applicable)
