The proposed works are located on Upper Turon Road, Sofala, NSW, approximately 3km southeast of the town centre, at the crossing of Big Oaky Creek.

The Tender shall be for the design and construction of the whole of the Works unless otherwise stated in the Tender Documents and shall include the following:

1. Design and documentation of the proposed bridge, including all amendments and iterations required for construction approval.

2. Provide site works as specified.

3. Documentation as specified.

4. Provision and maintenance of Traffic Control.

5. Provide plant, material, and labour to construct all associated works as detailed in the construction Drawings and Specifications.

6. Complete any works reasonably expected to be required as part of the completion/functioning of the contract works, unless specified otherwise.

7. Legally dispose of all rubbish and materials.

8. Plan, design, install and maintain environmental protection measures including stabilisation of all areas not directly impacted by the approach works completed by others.

9. Coordination and liaison with public authorities and private landowners.

10. Provide any other site works as directed by the Superintendent.

11. Detailed design and implementation of the bypass road.
