Tender Description

ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.

ABOUT THE TENDER: The council needs to engage a suitable contractor to construct the Masterplan Implementation Stage 1 Hassall Park as per the design specification.

This will include but not be limited to the following:

Preliminaries

General Requirements (Environmental Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Progress Photography and As-Built Plans, and Construction Monitoring and Certification by appointed Project Arborist (Council to approve Arborist) including Site Induction Meeting with Contractor and Council's Arborist.)

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) (see option below) using the Word version of the Schedule. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2.00 pm on 17 October 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff is unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the Tender. Late, verbal, faxed, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
