Norris Road State School-Administration Building Refurbishment (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for Construction services for the refurbishment of the existing administration block located at Norris Road State School, 28 Greenore St, Bracken Ridge QLD 4017.

Electronic tenders are to be submitted by 05/10/23 at 2:00pm by email to mathew.w@lar.net.au.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.

Site Visit Details: Recommended Site Visit on Thursday 21st of September 2023 at 10:30am - please meet outside the Administration Reception. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
