Construction of Picton Sportsground Amenities Building Extension

Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed, and experienced Construction contractors for the procurement of the proposed works and services as outlined.

This Tender is for the Construction of the new extension to the amenities building at the Picton Sportsground, Fairleys Road, Picton. This includes the demolition, refurbishment of the existing internal areas, and the construction of the new extension to the facilities.

The total area of the proposed new and existing building is 469m2 (excluding the Concrete Block Seating).

This is an approved development via the Review of Environmental Factors (REF) process.

The resulting contract will be a Lump Sum Contract.
