Expressions of interest open for Hill 60 public art project

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of interest are open for an Aboriginal artist with a local connection to design a new public artwork for Hill 60, Port Kembla. The work will reflect local Aboriginal histories and culture, and help create a sense of place at Hill 60.

How to apply

There are two ways you can apply for this project.

Option 1

• Submit 2 to 10 images of your previous artwork
• Provide a statement of local connection, describing how your art practice/project connects to this site in 100 - 200 words
• Email your Expression of Interest to culturaldevelopment@wollongong.nsw.gov.au

Option 2

Arrange a meeting (to be scheduled in early October) to present your Expression of Interest in person or online.

Please email culturaldevelopment@wollongong.nsw.gov.au to request a meeting.

All applications must be received by 9 am, Monday 9 October 2023.
